Nazia Iqbal has 10+ year of management experience in operations and construction. Her passion to lead a women owned business arose from her immigrant parents earning minimum wage and constantly to working overtime to provide basic needs for their family. Ms. Iqbal, the first successful businesswomen in her extended family, raised herself believing in Eleanor Roosevelt’s words that “the future belongs to those who believe in the beauty of their dreams.” Along with raising two children with her husband, she is dedicated to providing the best services and solutions for her business partners. Ms. Iqbal believes that educating women across the country will help them realize their full potential and success for the betterment of their families and communities.

Malik Younas Awan holds a J.D degree and has 20+ of experience in leading two successful and profitable corporate entities. He has background in law, executive management, and construction. He is a highly proactive President of Indus General responsible for implementing our CEO’s vision, mission and strategy. Mr. Awan diligently extends his enthusiasm with our partners in the government and private sector to support and achieve their missions. Mr. Awan is the forefront of overall company direction, policies, executive decisions, business development, and construction and environmental project planning and performance.

Dave Marks has over 30 years of Department of Defense remediation and field experience. Mr. Marks has worked on more than 300 environmental, construction and remediation projects. His professional experience includes project planning, work plan development, scheduling and directing field activities, and managing multiple subcontractors. He brings to the team the knowledge and expertise of NAVFAC, California DTSC, Water Board, US EPA and USACE requirements and acts as the primary POC to the government.

Tillat Satter is a licensed General Engineering Contractor and a License a General Building Contractor with an enormous construction experience. Mr. Satter work experience includes construction of Roads, Bridges, Retaining Walls, Sound Barriers, Sub Divisions, Pumping Plants, Culverts, Overhead Structures, Luminaires, Changeable Message Signs and much more.

Mr. Satter is also a Registered Civil Engineer and has designed Bridges, Roads, Tunnels, Land Development projects, Planning, Zoning and Design Services in Commercial & Industrial Developments. After high school, Ashley became an as-needed Administrative Assistant helping with bookkeeping and data entry. Soon she started working on Certified Payroll Reports and reviewing data accuracy. Even though family had urged her to work towards an Accountant degree she tried other options, while periodically taking a Financial Course and QuickBooks course, receiving a QuickBooks certificate. After exploring new opportunities and knowledge, Ashley has 1 year working as a Tax Preparer Assistant and 7 years in the Accounting Field.
